Nutrition for Musculoskeletal Health: Repairing in Rehabilitation

About This Course
Supporting patients in physical rehabilitation and recovery should include an optimized nutrition plan that includes nutrients for musculoskeletal repair and recovery. This may come from a well-chosen diet, as well as from strategic supplements to maximize available nutrition to bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, blood vessels, and organs. This discussion will focus on how to optimize nutrition to support musculoskeletal regeneration, strength, and mobility while balancing healthy inflammatory states associated with musculoskeletal conditions. Case examples will be incorporated to demonstrate what optimized diets and supplementation can look like.
