From artificial intelligence and wearable health trackers to robotic animals and smart devices, the event was brimming with ideas that could revolutionize how clinics and patients are supported.

What Is CES?

Formerly known as the Consumer Electronics Show, CES is the largest trade show in the world for consumer technology and is hosted annually in Las Vegas. This year’s expo featured more than 4,500 exhibitors from around the globe and showcased medical innovations, health monitoring and tracking technologies, automation solutions, and more.

One noticeable theme of this year's show was robotic pets or companions for those who cannot care for live companions. Tombot collaborated with Jim Henson Studios for these Tombot Puppies, and they hope to serve seniors with dementia, children with extreme autism, and others who would benefit from contact with a pet.
